Repo Health
How healthy any public SourceCraft repository is, why, and what to fix first.
The task
SourceCraft needed an objective ranking of public repositories: health matters more than popularity, every score is explained down to the fact, security comes only from AppSec, and data only through real APIs.
What we built
- A Repo Health Score from 0 to 100 across six categories: security, CI/CD, documentation, activity, issues, code condition
- The calculation shown down to each metric, supporting facts, and “no data” with a reason instead of a zero
- Recommendations with their exact effect on the score and a what-if mode: 70 → 99 on the same engine
- A ranking of the whole catalog with filters, comparison of up to four projects, a team and process panel: bus factor, review speed, code ownership map
- Sign-in with Yandex ID and analysis of your own private repositories, PDF and Markdown reports, RU / EN interface
- An AI summary for managers from a local Qwen2.5 model that never leaves the server
